A job here in Knoxville at a totally trashed home in Farrington Estates off Ebenezer. This was a rental property clean up. The previous family had  2 Rotweillers and a lot of children. Most people would have ripped this carpet up and replaced it, but look at our after pics underneath!

Just recently I had to go fix another Hot Water Extraction job. This was at a local commercial building. The Hot Water Extractor cleaned the carpet a week before an important event. The carpet had dirty stripes when it dried. He then came back a day before the event and cleaned it again with the same results. The day of the event I went in (after he just cleaned it twice with no traffic walking on it after) and look at the pics below. I used a clean microfiber pad and wet it and rang it out as I cleaned. Look at what came out of the pad by the time I was done. Do you call what he did clean? Yet he is always bad mouthing my method to others. The proof is in the pictures!
